1. Ambassadors
Delphi Alliance has the exclusive right to appoint Ambassadors in countries, regions and other geographical areas, as it deems properly, with roles and responsibilities to be defined via written agreements / contracts.
These Ambassadors shall be personalities around the globe (could be CEOs from member firms) that can promote Delphi Alliance in certain countries, regions, geographical areas, and coordinate transactions, joint ventures, referrals and other types of cooperations between members of the Alliance and organise workgroups and events for the members (digital or physical).
Delphi Alliance shall provide to these Ambassadors digital and printed business cards, representing Delphi Alliance in their contacts. The Ambassadors will not be reimbursed with any specific fee, but certain travelling expenses shall be covered by the Alliance (as per business plan approved).
2. Member’s relations functions
A. Workgroups
By Discipline
Each Discipline will appoint its own co-ordinator, who needs to be a CEO of a firm. The Co Ordinator will be calling all members of the same discipline for a technical / professional workgroup, with a topic to be decided on the previous workgroup.
The Co Ordinator must call up at least two workgroups per year.
Members may participate with any representative they deem necessary (CEO, Director, Manager or a Senior person).
Member firms may opt to participate in certain workgroups other than their discipline, after liaising with the coordinator of that workgroup.
All workgroups shall be digital (via TEAMS) unless the Co Ordinator decides otherwise (i.e. if a conference or a physical event is offered for this workgroup).
Workgroups shall be for a maximum of one hour long.
The Co Ordinator shall always cc the Delphi Alliance Compliance Team.
The agenda and results of this workgroup shall be announced on Delphi Alliance’s website, LinkedIn and Newsletter.
By Country

By Region
Each Region will appoint its own co-ordinator, who needs to be a CEO of a firm (it could be the Ambassador of that region).
The Co Ordinator will be calling all members of the same region for a networking workgroup, with or without an agenda that can be decided on the previous workgroup.
Members may participate with any representative they deem necessary (CEO, Director, Manager or a Senior person).
The Co Ordinator must call up at least one workgroup per year, not during the year of the Global conference.
All workgroups shall be digital (via TEAMS) unless the members agree otherwise.
The Co Ordinator shall always cc and/or invite the Delphi Alliance Compliance Team.
The agenda and results of this workgroup shall be announced on Delphi Alliance’s website, LinkedIn and Newsletter.
Leaders Club
All CEO’s/Chairmen/MDs, of member firms shall be automatically members of the Delphi Alliance Leaders Club. This Club will be co-ordinated by an Executive of Delphi Alliance. The Leaders Club shall be meeting twice a year, once digitally and once physically:
Digitally (via Teams): Last Thursday of April
Physically (each year on a different venue): First Thursday of October (unless the Global Conference takes place, where the Leaders shall meet on the first day of the Conference)
The Leader’s Club shall establish a “What’s App” group for easier communication and for casual communication and requests).
B. Newsletter Features
Delphi Alliance issues its newsletter bi-monthly. It will be sent by Mailchimp to all registered CEOs, Directors and Business Development Managers of each member firm, plus potential members, associates and friends of Delphi Alliance. The Newsletter will have the following features:

C. “Pythia” Digital Platform
Delphi Alliance introduces its digital platform whereby all members and partners will be able to engage and interact both with Delphi Alliance and between them, carrying out their membership / partnership obligations towards Delphi Alliance but also in arranging referrals and setting up workshops and joint ventures as well as other activities.
Pythia will act as a mean of transparency between the members and Delphi Alliance and as a medium of communication and sharing of resources between the members.
Activities to be executed via Pythia:

3. Strategic Partners Ecosystem
In order to provide to its members an additional value, Delphi Alliance introduces its “Strategic Partners Program”, whereby, selected service and/or product providers, from each sector of each of the thirteen disciplines, as well as from the overall, global economy functions, may become “Strategic Partners” of Delphi Alliance, each one of them on an exclusive basis, covering globally the needs of the members of Delphi Alliance.
Each Strategic Partner shall be subject to an annual Partnership Fee of 2.900 plus vat where applicable and shall be obliged to offer:
discounted prices to members of Delphi Alliance (and their clients),
free invitations to events, webinars and workshops and provide to members of the Alliance (and their clients),
guidance and informative material about its products and services.
Each “Strategic Partner” will have access to Delphi Alliance’s Partners area and Delphi Alliance’s digital Platform “Pythia” whereby they will be able to view the contact details of Delphi Alliance members, so as to secure that their discounted fees shall be applied to eligible member firms, establish direct 1-2-1 meetings with interested members, as well as the clients of the members and have a direct interaction of their affairs within Delphi Alliance.
