CRC Ltd. expanded in Greece with the establishment of CRC Hellas in 2004 while since 2013 the company is the Cyprus Partner of the multinational Gi Group SpA, which is one of the largest HR Consulting, Training and Staffing companies in the world.

Research & Development: We have multiple links and cooperation with several academic institutions, achieving thus state-of-the-art research activities. Among others, through extensive R&D, the company developed the NEMO® System, the first European integrated content management tool specialized in promoting digital information with location-based services. Furthermore, CRC was the HR expert partner at the Research project NAFTOTHORAX dealing with the development of a system linking the Academia with the Maritime Sector and finding the training and development needs of the employees of the sector as to create the Cyprus Maritime Cluster. Moreover, it is worth mentioning our involvement in the RATTAS project, dealing with Racism trends towards immigrants and other special groups of people. Additionally, CRC Ltd is a proud partner for several European R&D projects.  
 
Training: CRC Ltd. is an accredited training organization by the Cyprus Human Development Authority. We have already developed and organized more than 10,000 hours of specialized training programs during the last years in Cyprus, Greece and abroad.  In 2007, the company launched specialized service lines based on the techniques of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in Adult and Business training and in various business consulting aspects. Our philosophy is to provide training that is suitable to each company’s tailor-made needs and ultimately giving the participants high value trainings. 
 
Moreover, we believe and invest in digital transformation and e-learning.  Since 2018 we provide multiple online training – both synchronous and asynchronous – while in 2021 in collaboration with  the German company Safebridge, we launched 18 highly innovative online training capsules specialized for seafarers on board based on psychometric tests. This was a project that attracted international attention reaching all sorts of markets as the first specialized soft skills application dedicated to the Maritime sector.
