Established in 1963 in the city of Leeds, W Denis Group is an entirely independent international (re)insurance brokerage and risk management advisory group of companies.

Historically, W Denis has worked on the provision of specialist and competitive insurance for UK businesses. Today, we pride ourselves on delivering technical insurance and risk management services to businesses across the globe - operating throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Far East, and Australasia.

W Denis Group transacts directly with a large number of financially secure "A" rated insurers, which means that we can assist proposers in placing difficult and complex risks all over the world whilst providing competitive products.

Our independence from market competitors and other insurance firms empowers us to provide unique insurance policies designed for the most challenging of risks. Unlike other insurance brokers, we do not operate on a pay-to-play basis, and we are exclusively management owned. This means that our clients will always receive the best possible service and not a default pre-existing policy unless appropriate. Not only will we find the most competitive price and advice, but we will also periodically review cover to ensure that our clients are adequately protected.

W Denis Group is a member of the Euribron partnership of international brokers. This provides a global service from over 350 offices around the world.

W Denis Insurance Brokers PLC is also a member of the London & International Insurance Brokers’ Association (LIIBA), which is the trade association representing the interests of Lloyd’s insurance and reinsurance brokers operating in the London and international markets.

Post Brexit, W Denis Group established a new subsidiary insurance broking business in Lithuania which has passports to undertake insurance broking services throughout the EU and EEA territories.

W Denis Insurance Brokers International Ltd is our second EU entity domiciled in Cyprus from where the group is expanding its business in the Southern Europe and MENA regions.
